YES - Luscious Plus is very conscientious about your privacy. Our customers rely on our discretion when choosing an online store. Your purchase is delivered in unmarked packages (Fed, Ups, Usps boxes) and our name appears simply as LP U.S.
Do you trade customer information with other companies?
Definately NOT - and we never will.
How old do I need to be to order from your site?
Customers should be 18 years and older to place orders through our website.
What do I do if I receive an item unsuitable for me?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. You can refund or exchange the item. Please see our Returns/Exchanges Policy. If you have any question please email us and we will do our utmost to help you.
What happens if an item is defective when I receive it?
Please contact us immediately by email and inform us of the problem. Please also see our Returns/Exchanges Policy.
Should I clean my lingerie before wearing it for the first time?
Yes - we recommend that you clean it before first use and after each wearing. Make sure the item is the right size and without defects before washing or trying it on. Please see Returns/Exchanges Policy.
What if I don't see the size or colour I want?
Please contact us. We will do our best to find the size and colour for you.
I don't see a product I would like - does this mean you don't carry it?
Not necessarily - let us know what you are looking for and we can do our best to make it available for you.
What if I have to cancel my order?
Please notify us by email immediately.
All cancellations are subject to a 20% cancelling charge for administrative costs.
If your item has already been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. You must then follow the return policy at this point.
