RETURNS / EXHANGES

Our customers are our number one priority. We want you to be happy with your choices from our store. We offer a limited 20 day return policy.

Please choose your sizes carefully. Check our size charts and measure yourself to find the right fit.

 Please email support@lusciousplus.com for return/exchange authorization and please let us know the reason for the return/exchange. Returns will not be accepted without this.

Goods must be unworn and unused and must be in their original condition and have the original tags attached.

Items that smell of perfumes, lotions or smoke will not be accepted for return. If the returned items have been obviously used or abused no refund or exchange will be forthcoming.

We do not accept partial returns of a product.

Shipping and handling will not be returned. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back, unless it was due to an error on our part.

Any refused packages will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Luscious Plus has the right to decide if an item is returnable or not.
